Panera Bread 'Doughnations'Every Friday and Saturday night closing, volunteers pick up the day's unsold baked goods from Panera in North Greenbush (across from HVCC).
Panera uses no preservatives, so this ongoing ministry helps to feed the hungry, while keeping food from land fills.
The goodies are delivered the next morning to Capital City Rescue Mission, 259 S Pearl Street, Albany, NY.
