St. Michael the Archangel Church

                                      
The Women’s Guild in has been a staple of the St. Michael Parish Community from the very beginning!  All women of the parish are welcome! We engage parishioners in projects and activities that enhance the community spirit of the parish, holding the annual Easter Egg hunt for the kids,  raising funds to purchase needed items for the church, financially supporting the activities department of the nearby Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, and establishing active subcommittees that accomplish good works for the parish and beyond:

• Altar Society:  Ensures the sanctuary is prepared for all liturgies.  Members clean, wash and iron linens, repair acolyte robes, polish the sacred vessels, etc.  For more information, email Margaret at [email protected]
• Church Gardens:  Maintains the Memory Garden and other shrubs and flower beds on the parish grounds. For more information email Teresa at [email protected]. 
• Hospitality:  Provides setup and refreshments for parish activities and social events. For more information, email Margaret at [email protected]
• Military:  Collects items from the parishioners to send overseas to our troops.

• Sick & Vigil:  Sends cards to members of the Guild who have been sick, lost a loved one, or are just in need or support and encouragement.  For more information, email Marilyn at [email protected]
