The Gathering Hall at St. Michael the Archangel Church in Troy, New York, is available for community meetings, family gatherings, retreats, and other approved events. Whether you're planning a neighborhood association meeting, a rehearsal dinner, a holiday celebration, or a gathering with friends and family, we invite you to consider our Gathering Hall. As part of our parish's commitment to hospitality and community, we are pleased to make this space available for gatherings that respect the mission and values of the Catholic Church.
Rental Information
Rental Rate: $100 per hour
Table and Chair Setup: Additional $25
Reservation Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit, required upon signing the rental agreement
Availability: All dates and times are subject to parish calendar availability and approval.
Kitchen Information: The kitchen is not currently available for cooking or food preparation. However, the refrigerator/freezer, counters, and sink may be used with prior approval.
How to Request the Gathering Hall
Complete the rental inquiry form below with your proposed date, time, and event details.
Our volunteer facility coordinator will contact you to discuss your gathering, setup needs, and availability.
Once the details have been reviewed, you will receive instructions for completing the Facility Use and Rental Agreement and submitting your deposit.
Please note that submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a reservation. All facility use requests are subject to parish approval.
