Joe is a native Trojan, born in the Little Italy section of Troy and grew up in Wynantskill. He came to St. Michael's in 2/09.  Previously, he served as Organist and Music Director at St Francis deSales in Troy for 25 years.  Joe has been a church organist since age 15, serving at St. Mary's Troy and St Jude's Wynantskill.  He attended the University of Hartford - Hartt School of Music, HVCC and received a BA in Accounting from Siena College.  Joe worked for NYS in various Departments, primarily the Office of Children and Family Services completing 33 years of State service.  He is currently working for Documentation Strategies (DocStrats) in Rennselaer.  Joe and his wife, Judie, have a son, Sean and grandson, Liam.  Joe and Judie celebrated 40 years of marriage in 4/18.  In his spare time, Joe listens to & plays all types of music, watches the NY Yankees & Giants games, and Siena basketball.  He also enjoys fishing and casino excursions. His favorite thing about St. Michaels is it's people & "spirit & life."  His favorite quote is - "It's a Wonderful Life."
